Jazz Greats Tuesdays on WFCF

"Jazz Greats" every Tuesday from 3-7pm Eastern on WFCF 88Five St. Augustine! From seriously ancient to just-released, from the obscure & forgotten to household names - but always tasty! There's a slight emphasis on 60's & 70's jazz (always a track from CTI) with a few tablespoons of fun & local flavor thrown in. Click here to listen online!

Also check out Palm Coast Jazz, a podcast I co-host filled with splendid original jazz from Florida musicians! My syndicated show "Kendo's Jazz Sampler" is on hiatus since I've become jazz director at WFCF.

Song titles with an asterisk are "currents" at the time of airplay.

Playlist for 11-6-12 WFCF - Jazz Greats

Love that early 70's font!

Election Day Jazz!! You'll be happy to know that this week's show is completely non-partisan and free from mud-slinging. In fact - politics are illegal on Jazz Greats! A few bumps but a fun show. Thanks to all the callers for making it even more so!

New feature - The 3:15 Jazz Coffee Break!! Every time I host the show (every other week) I'll play a set of jazz at 3:15 for anyone who needs a little me-break from their job, day, spouse, kids, thoughts, what have you. So grab that favorite relaxing beverage, warm or cold, and tune in for some peaceful Latin, easy West Coast, deep saxophone ballad or light and happy numbers! Listen online here. 3-5pm eastern standard time.
