This week we started in 1931 and explored all sorts of jazz recorded in January all the way through 1955 chronologically! Why? Because we had to!! Duke Ellington, Art Tatum, Lester Young, Miles Davis, Shelly Manne, Billie Holiday, Charlie Parker, Anita O'Day, Gil Melle... lots, lots more! (Don't forget to let me know somewhere whether or not you enjoyed this sort of thing...) For the final hour we relaxed a bit to soul jazz by Ronnie Foster, Lonnie Smith and Lou Donaldson. Thanks to all who tuned in! Don't forget to follow me on Mixcloud to be reminded about next week's livestream. Have a great day! - Kendo
